This workshop helps you to understand and learn new techniques to connect deeply within yourself. You learn to be aware of new perceptions by connecting with nature thereby increasing your feelings of security, confidence and wholeness. You learn once you are aware you are able to connect with others in a deeper more heart-centered way that instantly relieves your suffering of feeling alone.
You will learn how sensitivity can be a gift. We guide your through specific exercises to discern and release unwanted energy that may be effecting us, allowing you to better deal with situations and environments that in the past you may have avoided. You will discover your gift of sensitivity to be recognized and appreciated then productively used to your advantage to build the life you want.
Stress comes from many places such as our environment, past traumas and being sensitive which make us feel disconnected from ourselves and others. You will develop an understanding of how we may consciously release pressures and reframe some of our beliefs to create a more positive outlook to move forward with hope by studying and using effective learnable tools you develop in this workshop.
